Because the world doesn't need kids with more answers. It needs kids with better judgment.
Our values
Built by educators. Validated by families and schools. Designed for real life.
Cognitiva Skills was born from an honest conversation between four founders who saw the same problem from different angles: traditional education prepares kids for exams, but not always for life. We decided to build the company we wish we’d had as parents — and as educators.
The problem no one names
Today’s kids have more access to information than any generation in history — and yet many reach adulthood without knowing how to make a hard decision, resolve a conflict, or hold an uncomfortable conversation. Academic intelligence gets taught in school. Human intelligence — the kind that actually holds a life together — almost never gets taught anywhere. At Cognitiva Skills, we decided to change that, at home and in the classroom.
Our mission
To develop truly human intelligence in every child, so they grow up knowing how to think for themselves, connect with others, and lead the change their generation will need.
We don’t make toys. We create the first missions of a lifetime spent learning to be more human.
Everything we make trains 9 skills grouped into 3 life missions:
Think
- Critical Thinking
- Creativity
- Problem Solving
Content
- Collaboration
- Communication
- Emotional Intelligence
Lead
- Decision-Making
- Adaptability
- Leadership
At home or in the classroom, the mission is the same: raising more whole, capable human beings.
For Families
Physical kits, apps, and Phigital experiences to play at home and train Human Skills every day.
For Schools & Organizations
Consulting, educational curriculum design, and teaching materials so teachers, trainers, and leaders can apply Learning Missions with their students or teams.
Every child deserves a mission built for them — at home or at school.
Learning Missions: learning isn’t a class, it’s a mission.
